Rest & Release
Releasing built-up tension, greater freedom of movement, and a body that feels lighter.
Medical massage drawing on Chinese manual therapy, guided by hands that read the body deeply, support nervous system regulation, and invite genuine rest.
“Both the treatment itself and the setting are phenomenal. I came to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv especially for Victoria.”
Medical massage combined with Tuina, a traditional form of Chinese manual therapy, offered in two session lengths, alongside a series for deeper, sustained work.
Releasing built-up tension, greater freedom of movement, and a body that feels lighter.
Slower, more spacious work with muscles and fascia, with more time for the body to settle and rest.
Five sessions that offer time and space for change, while developing a closer relationship with the body, one of curiosity, adaptability and resilience.
A treatment is part of a whole experience.
From the moment you arrive until you leave, there is time and space for body and mind to slow down, rest, and find their balance again.
You arrive in a quiet, green corner of Ein Karem, with parking at the entrance. Even before the treatment begins, you can start to slow down. No need to rush. Just step inside and leave the day behind.
Before we start, there is time to arrive, settle in, and talk for a moment. Where you’re holding tension, what hurts, and what brought you here. From there, I know where to begin.
A stone house. Soft light. Warm textiles.
From the sheets and the oils used in treatment to the way the room is prepared for each session, everything is chosen with care to create a space that feels safe, welcoming and respectful.
At the end, I leave the room and give you a few minutes to yourself. No rushing to get up, no rushing back into the world. Just letting the experience settle gently in the body.
I grew up in a family that deeply valued thought, analysis and ideas. I appreciated that world, but never felt fully defined by it.
Gradually, I found myself drawn to a different kind of understanding — one rooted in the body, movement and embodied experience. That curiosity became a professional path through medical massage, anatomy through movement and observation, and Chinese manual therapy.
Today, my work is guided by a simple belief: the body carries a remarkable capacity for adaptation, restoration and change when met with thoughtful care and genuine presence.

“From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Victoria is not only incredibly skilled but also deeply attentive, tailoring every session to exactly what my body needs. What truly sets her apart is the combination of technical expertise and genuine care. She has an intuitive sense of where tension is held and works it out with precision, all while keeping a calm, healing environment. After my session I felt lighter, more flexible and completely recharged.”
